| weitere Informationen/more infos | We can finish the car to either a TT Sprite body, Racing MPH or a body of the owners desire! The following work has already been completed or is in the process of being completed. Narrow track front axle cleaned, cracked tested and polished. New king pins. Correct track and tiller rods with new ball joints and bushes. 13' Griling rod back plates. Brake drums have been lightened and skimmed. Shoes relined Lower shock absorber mounts front. New front leaf springs with new shackles, shackle pins and Colphos 90 bushes. Cast steel front spring mounts. Torque retraction brackets. Front brake rod actuator new bushes and pins. Cylinder pressure tested, skimmed, new Colsibro valve guides, new springs, new valves, new collets and new spring retainers. Cylinder block pressure tested with new liners, new pistons, new Kent cams camshafts. Bearings white metalled and cam shaft bearings line bored. Crank shaft ground and crack tested. New steel rods. Pre-selector gearbox rebuilt with new bearings and bushes. Correct brake cross shaft assembly. Correct torque tube/hand brake mount. Narrow track rear axle with shortened torque tube. New rear half shafts and hubs on taper and key way. New crown wheel and pinion. New quality bearings in front and rear axles. Fully boxed TT sprite chassis. The chassis in made in one piece with correct shackles and mounts. New rear leaf springs with new Colphos 90 bushes and new shackle pins. All parts have been sand blasted and painted gloss black. Under tray. I would say that a lot of work has been missed from the above list and would really recommend seeing the car to appreciate the work that has gone into this project. The engine can be supercharged with a Volumex supercharger running at around 6-8lb of boost which we already have.
