| Beschreibung/description | Riley 12/4 Preselector Gearbox (Armstrong Siddeley), completely restored to highest standard! + thoroughly cleaned + casing, bottom, bell housing, top cover, side cover: glas bead blasted + all threads recut + all parts inspected for wear and tear, replaced or repaired (i.e. strut springs, bus bar, adjuster tables & rings, direct gear repair kit) + new bronze bushes & shims + new bearings, new oil seals + new planet wheels with needle roller bearings (high ratio) + new main sun wheel (1st/2nd) + clutch cone relined + break bands relined and machined + new gaskets, face to face parts sealed with Well Seal + complete set up and tested + High Ratio: 1st – 3.60; 2nd – 2.09; 3rd – 1.42; 4th – 1:1; Reverse – 4.47 |
