Riley 12/4 Special

A well constructed and purposeful Riley 12/4 Special built approximately 5 years ago with correct paperwork. The car was first registered on the 1st March 1937 and includes a V5C that registers it as a tourer.

The car has been upgraded and well maintained and works include:

New Motor Wheel Services wheels.
New crown wheel and pinion.
New front wheel bearings
The engine was crack tested, re-leaded, sleeved to standard and built by Keith Pointing
Arrow crank and rods
Kent cams as per Pointing’s design
Modified Omega pistons and unleaded seats
1/4” fully rebuilt twin SUs with special manifold adaptor, stay up floats and O ring sealed
Modern dynamo from Steve Hughes
Gearbox completely rebuilt by Tom Dark
Remote oil filter
Brakes have been relined by Saftek
Twin race batteries for compact size but good capacity
Discrete electric fan and controller
