Riley 12-4 Fast Road Special

Built on a shortened,original Riley chassis dating from 1937 she has had the front axle,chassis and brake drums drilled for lightness. Fitted with aluminium andre hartfords,maroon wheels and 475/500 tyres the car is beautifully built using ash and aluminium panelling.

Finished in black with maroon leather upholstery the car cockpit has comprehensive period instrumentation including 5 inch rev counter and speedo and can accommodate the larger motorist!

A tonneau is provided and aeroscreens,leather bonnet straps and 3 1/2 inch filler cap rounds the whole appearance off superbly.
The car is powered by the 12/4 engine with twin 1 1/2 inch Su`s on a Sprite manifold,4 branch manifold and is mated to the Wilson p/s gearbox.

Usable in prewar events be it sprints,hillclimbs or for just going on rallies and tours she is VSCC eligible and is competitively priced.
